Kanchenjunga, Mount Everest etc. - After breakfast proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute,
Zoological Park, Tibetan Refugee Centre, Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from
outside), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda - Dinner, Overnight stay at Darjeeling

No, Gangtok is at a moderate altitude (~1,650m), and oxygen levels are normal. However, higher areas like Nathula Pass or Zero Point may cause mild breathlessness for some.
